Volcanic Ash Hydrogel Mask

I really like these masks, and I like far too few of them. They apply easily, and I put the mask from the eyehole under my mask instead of on top as shown. I found them effective, leaving my skin looking better than when I put it on. My critique is the lack of serum, I feel like the 7 pack I got was expired, or had outlived its shelf life…which makes adhering pieces (eyes) of the mask to the other parts of the mask very challenging. They felt a bit sad and dry as they neared the two-hour mark. Still, the fit overall is excellent, just with so little serum the slow shrinking of the mask made it start to fall off. If they weren’t so expensive, and $33 for seven isn’t an arm and a leg but it is still $33, which to me is a lot, I buy another pack and see if perhaps the lack of serum in mine was a one off (if I ever do retry these I promise to update this post with much more detail because the whole volcanic rock thing is genius).

Absolutely loved these! Left it on for a few hours, my skin felt incredible afterwards and zero breakouts from using a new skincare item on my sensitive skin! 10/10

I really enjoyed this face mask. It feels very comfortable on the skin and fits well without slipping. The hydrogel feels cool and soothing, which is very relaxing. After using it, my skin felt soft, hydrated, and calm. The dryness and tightness were gone, and my face looked more fresh and smooth the next morning. I have sensitive skin, and this mask didn’t cause any irritation or redness at all. It moisturizes well without feeling sticky or heavy, which I really like. Overall, a great mask and I would definitely use it again

Easy to apply. It could have been a little larger however it appeared to work well.

This is a nice hydrating mask, but nothing dramatically different from other sheet masks I’ve tried. I applied it about an hour before bed and then attempted to wear it overnight. I’m usually a side sleeper, so that’s always a bit of a challenge with masks, but this one stayed on fairly well. The texture is that jelly-style hydrogel, and it felt very cooling and moisturizing while wearing it. By morning most of the mask had absorbed into my skin and what remained was very thin, almost paper-like. Nothing strange about it — just a sign that the moisture had mostly transferred into the skin. My face definitely felt hydrated afterward. One thing to be aware of is that the mask can tear fairly easily when handling it, so you do have to be a little careful when applying it. As for the bigger claims like detoxing or dramatic skin transformation, I didn’t notice anything particularly standout. It’s a good moisturizing mask, but it didn’t feel very different from many other masks in this category. Overall it works well for hydration, but in my opinion the price feels a bit high for what you’re getting.
